The time at the school was just fantastic! I can recommend it to anyone that wants an experience never to forget. It’s truly a great privilege to have trained with such amazing Shifus. I can’t express how impressed I am with their knowledge and their patience and dedication to teach all the students. They will show you the way, but then it’s up to you to train hard and bring the commitment. Don’t expect it to be easy, its hard work and your body will ache but it’s extremely rewarding and you will learn things you never thought you would. You will feel the change in your body and mind, getting more stamina, strength, flexibility and a special peace of mind you only get from training from dawn to dusk.

Don’t expect luxury or that the living conditions are like home. The living is simple but you really learn to appreciate it as well as the simple but well cooked food. You will get to know people from all around the world joining together for the sake of training kungfu and if I had known it would be this good I would definitely made the stay longer!
